Concept for a maid outfit with pants. Harder than I thought to design.

Personally I'd give her a very frilly short skirt on top of those pants (it would look cute AND would be practical for her as to prevent panty shots)
these long pants are certainly a good idea, but the waist-part of her body does seem to be missing "something". I therefor believe that a short, frilly skirt would do good here (something along the lines of this --> marketplace.secondlife.com/p/F… only with more ruffles perhaps)
either that, or you could just go along with outfit number 2. I doubt anyone would not be happy with that option
